I have been a specialized Fitness, Nutrition and Corporate Wellness Coach since 1999. I am also a multisport athlete, mother and a former Human Resources Director.

My approach to Fitness and Nutrition is individualized based upon your personal needs and goals. So, everything is perfectly tailored for the client.
