I have been a specialized Fitness, Nutrition and Corporate Wellness Coach since 1999. I am also a multisport athlete, mother and a former Human Resources Director.

60-minutes $120 or 10 sessions for $1,100.00

45-minutes $95 or 10 sessions for $900.00

30-minutes $80 or 10 sessions for $750.00
