I offer private one-on-one and small group training at Saldare Spa in Boston's South End and Private In-Home. Virtually training is also available for the busy mom or traveling executive.
Offering over 20 years of experience in personal training, health and nutrition coaching in Boston, MA. I work with clients to coach and support them in order to achieve their individualized goals. Specialities include weight and body fat loss, strength gains, boxing/kickboxing, boot camp, prenatal/postpartum, corrective exerciser and injury rehabilitation. My services include Master Level Personal Training, Functional Strength and Movement and Flexibility Training.
